G.R.I.N.D. stands for Growth, Repair, Integrity, Navigation, and Development. It's more than a training program; it's a commitment to building the next generation of auto body technicians from the ground up, instilling the values and skills needed for a long-term, successful career at Collision Restoration.
Phase 1
Non-Structural
Technician (Months 0-12)
Damage analysis, plastic repair,
metal finishing, PDR, reassembly.
Certification: I-CAR ProLevel 1
Phase 2
Structural Technician
(Months 12-24)
Frame pulls, sectioning, advanced
welding, full structural replacement.
Certification: I-CAR
